18+ Age Requirement
All users must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification is mandatory at registration and may be requested at any time. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.
One Account Per User
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ach67. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed, and any funds associated with duplicate registrations may be forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal

Acceptance of Terms

Scope of Agreement

By using any one of these features, you confirm acceptance of the full scope of this agreement.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by ach67 support will be suspended until verification is completed.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of ach67 features — including deposits, betting, live casino, and bonus claims — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals in Bangladesh aged 18 and above.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and any other fields required by the registration form. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on ach67 at any given time. If ach67 detects that a single individual has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — all associated accounts may be suspended. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be considered void.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ach67 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ach67 will never contact you to ask for your password by any means, including email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.

Account Updates
If your personal details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account information promptly. ach67 relies on the contact details in your account to communicate important information including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and account notifications. ach67 accepts no responsibility for missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals
ach67 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported at this time.

Deposit Policy
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though ach67 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
ach67 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their standard transaction fees independently of ach67. Please review your provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
ach67 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional identity verification is required. ach67 accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's payment service provider.
Responsible Use of Funds
You agree to deposit and wager only money that is legally yours and that you can afford to lose. ach67 has a responsibility to detect and prevent money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Any attempt to use the ach67 platform for money laundering or other financial crime will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
ach67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on ach67, you agree to be bound by the general bonus policy set out here as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified account and make a first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ach67 welcome bonus of 100% match up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance following a successful first deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, the player must opt in during the deposit process where indicated.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bet credits — are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on ach67 is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified time period will expire and be removed from the account without replacement.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

- Slot games: 100% contribution

- Fishing games: 20% contribution
Bonus Abuse & Fraud
ach67 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses more than once; using automated software to place bets that exploit bonus terms; placing matched or hedging bets designed to guarantee a profit from a bonus regardless of outcome; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided, and the account balance may be reduced to its pre-bonus deposit value.
Seasonal & Ongoing Promotions
ach67 regularly offers seasonal promotions tied to major sporting events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, Victory Day). Specific terms for these promotions are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. ach67 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where there is a reasonable business or regulatory justification for doing so.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on ach67 is governed by the rules set out in this section as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any dispute, the rules as determined by ach67 in its reasonable discretion will be final.
Sports Betting
Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. ach67 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events where significant information may have changed (such as a player injury, weather stoppage, or result confirmation). Bets placed after an event has concluded — including any bets placed in the brief window before market suspension takes effect — will be void and the stake returned.
For cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, the standard rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) apply to the settlement of markets. Where a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, markets will be settled in accordance with the official result or, where no official result exists, bets will be void.
Casino Games
All casino games available on ach67 — including live casino titles powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game round is independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside the normal rules of the game.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be settled based on the game server logs, which are authoritative. If a game round cannot be settled due to an irrecoverable technical error, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. ach67 is not liable for any additional claims arising from technical failures beyond the return of the stake.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on ach67 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity related to sporting events
- Placing bets using insider information not publicly available at the time of the bet
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the ach67 platform

Account Suspension & Closure
ach67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable ground to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification
- Evidence of underage gambling or ineligibility
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward ach67 staff
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
Funds on Closure
Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be returned on voluntary closure.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse, or underage gambling — ach67 reserves the right to retain the full account balance, including any real-money deposits, pending investigation. ach67 will cooperate with any lawful request from financial institutions or regulatory bodies in connection with such cases.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Before a dormant account fee is applied, ach67 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder using the email address and mobile number on file. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ach67 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ach67 platform should first be directed to our support team at [email protected]. ach67 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the parties agree to seek resolution through the applicable legal mechanisms available in the relevant jurisdiction.
ach67 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. If you access ach67 from a location outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
